Nikola CFO Anastasiya Pasterick to resign (NASDAQ:NKLA)
Nikola (NASDAQ:NKLA) Chief Financial Officer Anastasiya Pasterick informed the electric-truck maker that she is resigning from her position to pursue other opportunities.
According to a filing, Pasterick will continue to serve as CFO and assist with a transition through December 1.
The company expects to conclude a search for a replacement for Pasterick soon. Key financial leadership will report to CEO Stephen Girsky in the interim.
Shares of the company were down 0.9% in after-market trading.
Pasterick took the position of CFO in March this year succeeding Kim Brady.
The announcement for change in leadership comes after Nikola posted wider loss during its third quarter and disclosed that costs to the company for its battery-powered commercial truck recall is expected to be about $61.8 million.
