S&P, Dow, Nasdaq trade higher as traders weigh surprise central bank moves

Major market averages moved higher on Thursday after a rise in jobless claims numbers.

Early on and the Dow (DJI) was +0.2%, the S&P 500 (SP500) was +0.2%, and the Nasdaq Composite (COMP.IND) was higher by 0.4%.

The 10-year Treasury yield (US10Y) was lower
